Who is responsible
OneHundred Fields Alliance Consultancies – FZCO, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“100 Fields”, “we”). For all privacy questions, write to info@abrakit.app. We process personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where it applies to visitors from the European Union or Switzerland, the GDPR and the Swiss Data Protection Act.
Abrakit (abrakit.app)
When you use the studio, your descriptions are processed with an AI service (Anthropic, USA) to build your app; they are not used to train AI models. Your account, your apps, their data, uploaded files and the accounts of their users (passwords only as secure hashes) are stored with our hosting providers Vercel (USA) and Neon; database and files are kept in the Frankfurt (EU) region. Payments for paid plans are handled by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe / Stripe, Inc.); we do not see or store your card details. Studio e-mails (e.g. password reset, invitations) and e-mails sent by apps are delivered through Resend (USA, sending region EU). If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google (USA) gives us only your name and your confirmed e-mail address. If you choose “Continue with Microsoft”, Microsoft (USA) gives us only your name and your confirmed e-mail address. Images, videos and speech that you or your apps generate with AI are created by the service fal (Features & Labels, Inc., USA); the respective descriptions, texts and, where applicable, images are sent to it for this purpose. If you connect the assistant to Telegram, your messages and its replies are transmitted via Telegram (Telegram’s privacy policy also applies). Visitor statistics of published apps are counted without cookies, using a daily changing anonymous code. If you publish an app that collects personal data, you are responsible for informing its users; we store the data on your behalf and delete it when you delete the app or your account (accounts are deleted 7 days after you request it).
AI marketing check and AI Marketing Team
When you request a free AI marketing check, we analyse your publicly available website and online presence, as well as the details you enter, with the help of an AI service (Anthropic, USA); it is not used to train AI models. As part of the AI Marketing Team service, drafts are prepared with the same AI service and reviewed by our team. We only access your accounts to the extent you grant us, and you can withdraw that access at any time.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., USA. When you visit the site, technical data (e.g. IP address, browser, time of access) is processed briefly in server logs to deliver the website securely.
Abrakit e-mails (e.g. welcome, password reset) are sent through Resend (USA, sending region EU). If you write to info@abrakit.app, your message is stored in our mailbox at Hostpoint (Switzerland).
Cookies
Abrakit sets only technically necessary cookies: one keeps you signed in, and one anonymous browser code keeps apps you start before signing up. No analytics and no advertising cookies.
Transfers abroad
Some of our service providers are located in the USA. We only work with providers that offer appropriate data protection safeguards.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and request correction or deletion. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
