- Service
Abrakit provides the package chosen by the client (Starter or Growth) as described on our website. Content is prepared with the help of AI and reviewed by our team.
- Approval
Nothing is published without the client’s approval. The client checks approved content, in particular statements about products, prices and legal matters.
- Communication
Communication takes place in writing by e-mail. We reply within one working day (Monday to Friday, UAE time). Calls are not included and can be booked separately.
- Scope
Starter includes one revision round per item and up to 5 additional requests per month; Growth includes two revision rounds and up to 15 additional requests per month. Further work is offered at a fixed price before it starts.
- Fees and payment
Monthly fees are invoiced in advance at the start of each month; the one-time set-up fee is due before work starts. Prices are in USD and exclude VAT where applicable. Ad budgets are paid by the client directly to the platforms; Abrakit does not handle or hold client funds.
- Term and cancellation
The minimum term is 3 months. After that, either party can cancel by e-mail with effect from the end of the following month.
- Accounts and access
All accounts remain the property of the client. The client grants Abrakit limited access and can withdraw it at any time.
- Rights
Once paid, the client receives all rights to the content created for them. Abrakit mentions the client as a reference only with their consent.
- Results
We work carefully but cannot guarantee specific results such as rankings, reach, enquiries or sales.
- Liability
Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months before the event causing the damage.
- Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
